Come and start your day with a beginner-level Vinyasa flow class (open to all levels) followed up with a yummy, refreshing mimosa! This 60 minute class is a great way to start your yoga journey if you've never tried a class before. It's also such a wonderful way to get more in touch with your mind, body, and breath. We open each class by setting an intention, which helps you find more clarity and focus on what you want to receive from the practice, and ultimately, this class will leave you feeling mentally and physically refreshed.
