Relax, stretch, and unwind with this basic practice focusing on posture, breath, alignment, and flow. Gain body awareness and control. This class meets you exactly where you are, if you're just beginning or working with an injury, modifications and alignments are taught in an inspiring and encouraging way to provide the most wonderful yoga experience. We will end class by calming our minds with a short guided meditation.
