Sarah’s vinyasa classes have a strong emphasis on conscious breath, strength conditioning, and alignment. Each class is designed to help you gain strength and flexibility in both the physical body and mind. Sarah shows genuine compassion for her students with her thoughtful and genuine messages, which inspire introspection.
