We start out with a warm up to get your body ready for the workout of the day. We will do strength training for the particular muscle group we are working that day. Then we will do some core training along with functional movement training. I will have the exercises written on the white board along with the number of sets we will be doing. I can also provide alternative exercises or movements if necessary. Workouts can be scaled for all skill levels so everyone can get a good workout based on their individual abilities.
