Come join me for a 30-minute interval-based outdoor run and body weight workout session followed by a cool down and stretch including a plant-based nutrition discussion! Whether you are just curious to learn more about a plant-based diet, are already vegan and want to clean up your eating to better fuel your training, or just want to work out with like-minded veg-heads then this is a great chance to combine a good workout with some healthy eating motivation.
The run can be scaled to all levels, so anyone who enjoys working up a sweat out on the trails can join!
