"You must first learn to love yourself before you can love anyone else." Indulge in yourself this Valentine's Day by joining me for a relaxing, candlelit 60 minute class; a 10 minute guided meditation over self-love, followed up by a 50 minute restorative yoga practice with heart-opening poses being our focus. During the class, we will be meditating on the love story we could write to ourselves and envisioning what that looks like.
