20 minute strength training circuit
20 minute Soca Aerobic Workout
5 minute stretch cool down
Water available throughout workout.
Refreshments served after class.
We will be dancing, jumping, wining, feteing, sweating, and having the time of our lives! Not only are we dancing, but there will be an actual strength training workout segment.
