Mindful movement incorporating a flow of Yin, Restorative and slow movement using plant medicine as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. This class invites you to relax and kick your parasympathetic nervous system into gear. 33rd & RiSING is a safe space for POC, LGBTQIA and marginalized communities to explore plant medicine with your Yoga practice without the stigma.
