Saturday August 11th, 8am, the Hollywood Bowl. Park on level B-3 of the B-Lot. This Saturday, we're doing our workout called J-Baby (no one really remembers why, so don't bother asking) We'll start in front of the stage, run all the way to the top of the Bowl, then work our way back to where we started doing body weight exercises such as push-ups, burpees, squat jumps, mountain climbers and more along the way. Then we usually finish with a burnout. This workout is for all levels. Whether you're a Division 1 Collegiate Athlete, Ex-Olympian, or someone just getting off the couch after a break from working out, you'll find a crew that will cheer you on and help motivate you to give it your all.
