Restorative Yoga is an extremely gentle and relaxing class that focuses on the breath, meditation, and gentle supported poses. Restorative yoga requires no physical exertion, allowing the body to relax into the poses done with the support of props such as bolster, blankets and blocks. A great way to begin your yoga practice, rehabilitate injuries, or just relax after a long & tiresome day, our Restorative class comes with the added bonus of a sound healing in an extended Savasana! The healing vibration of sound has been shown to have amazing health benefits.
