Own Your Primal is an immersive workshop designed to help you tap in to and unleash your deepest truths and inner animal through discussion and movement so you can take ownership over your life and your wellness.
Because here's the reality: your mindset, habits and beliefs affect EVERYTHING you do, including how you show up in the gym or your movement practice.
We will begin with a discussion to break down the habits, thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you so you can step in to your true power and become the person you and I both know you are meant to be.
In the second part of the workshop, you will learn the foundations of animal locomotion to help enhance your body control, mobility, flexibility, proprioception and so much more.
This workshop will give you tools that will translate in to all area of your life, movement practice and relationships.

The workshop is 2 hours and includes detailed instruction from Ownership coach, certified Animal Flow specialist and Strength and Conditioning coach, Danielle Gertner along with a take home packet.
