This barefoot class totally escapes the mundane! During each session you will sweat while doing a variety of Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, Cardio, Barre, and some Primal movements on your mat. Class finishes with a lavender eye pillow meditation.
*The 1:15pm time slot actually starts at 1:25 and ends at 2:15pm for a 50 minute workout!
