Hey ladies welcome to my full body fit camp. I’m so excited you ladies decided to join my camp. It’s only 3 months left this year and I want to help you ladies get your jump start for next year!!
In my full body fit camp we are going to focus on HIIT (high intensity interval Training) , Glutes(butt), abs, core , quads and more. We are going to target all the parts of your body that is needed. I’m also wanna help you ladies get toned and keep them beautiful curves you have. If you don’t have them we will be working on getting them.
YOU WILL NEED: WATER AND A MAT OR TOWEL!!!!
