HIIT MIXX is a mixture of hiit workouts with yoga to finish.
We’ll be starting off with a 2 minute jog along the beach to warm up our body. Then, circuit training for 30 minutes with free weights, bands, and your stamina. The last 15 minutes of class will be a guided stretch
