This class links soft and powerful yoga postures through smart sequencing, supported by breath with a focus on alignment, movement and mindfulness.
All levels are welcome! Mats are provided. Please bring is a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
60 Minute Vinyasa Flow. Doors open at 6:45pm.

I created the Happy Hour Yoga series to invite all to find their own unique flow linking movement, breath and music. You'll get tipsy off of the pranayama (breathwork) to expand your prana (life force) through nadis (energy channels).
