Through a conscious connection between movement and breathe, this class will move through a sequence of poses designed creatively to strengthen the body while focusing the mind. You’ll leave the class feeling refreshed and energized. Don’t worry if you are new to yoga, this class is suitable for any level and modifications will be offered in case of any injuries. Let’s connect, move and breath together! We might do some partner poses as well.
