On the 3rd Thursday of every month, we will get together to complete a fitness test that will be kept on file for everyone. Each month, you can see your progress and also work harder to push a little further than maybe you thought you could!
*Make sure you wear running shoes and bring a watch to keep track of your time!*
After the fitness testing is over, we will meet to briefly discuss a topic in nutrition-something to focus on moving forward. We might set a new goal for the month, have an open discussion, or touch on a topic that is trending in the crazy and ever-changing world of nutrition!
