This a 1 hour HIIT ( high intensity interval training) bootcamp that involves battles ropes, weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises. Please bring your own water. Optional items to bring include: mat, gloves (if you don't want to touch equipment), and weights (if you'd like to only touch your own).
