Intermediate/Advanced Boot Camp Class
Sprints, Pushups, and Intervals .... Oh my! Come and get it. Running is the form of active recovery at this very tough workout. The track is new and springy...come out an enjoy this excellent running surface. We're going to get you stronger, faster, and unleash your inner athlete.
Classes are a non-stop blend of Interval Training, Active Recovery, Core, Pilates, and a special challenge at the end of each class.
This is a very challenging class, but all levels of fitness are welcome (we can modify to make it work for anyone!). You can expect to burn about 800 calories.
Bring some water, a towel, and your running shoes. Sabertooth Fitness will provide anything else that you will need for the session.
