Meditation and slow mindful movement with the use of plant medicine as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. This class incorporates Myofascial release with a Yin Flow. We will discuss some of the health benefits of both plant medicine and yoga, and to remove the stigma within communities of color around their use for healing.
Feel free to bring your own products. Be sure to also bring water, yoga mat and an open mind.
