Restorative mindful movement with the use of plant medicine as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. This class invites you to relax and kick your parasympathetic nervous system into gear. We will explore the health benefits of both plant medicine and yoga, and to remove the stigma within marginalized communities, and communities of color around their use for healing.
Please feel free to bring your own products with you to class. Also, please be sure to bring water, yoga mat and an open mind.
