Are you ready to burn about 800 calories in a workout? We're going to do an intense and fun 55 -minute Boot Camp of HIIT/SMIT, Tabata-style body weight routines with some resistance band training. It's an iconic workout at an iconic location...our gym has dolphins.

On the Waterfront Cafe is the nearest business to the location. We will meet at or very near the Lifeguard Tower out on the beach (Navy Tower), which is in line with Navy Court. The closest street address for your GPS would be 134 Ocean Front Walk.

Parking...There's always metered parking on Main. If you come a little early, there is usually free parking on the side streets.

You only need to bring your sweat towel, some fresh water, a good reason to get fit, and a bunch of determination.
