Sundays class is an all level flow that moves with a slow to moderate pace. Working with a slow warm up into standing postures and ending with a slow cool-down.
It is all about you finding your flexibility and strength to boost your energy. Come challenge yourself to try a class. It is an all level class, so sticking within your limits is all you need to do. Beginners, this class is great for you.
This class is donation based and registration for new students can be done at the beginning of class. Please arrive 15 min before class if you need to register.
If you are new to yoga this class is a slow easy way to start gaining flexibility.
Mats are offered for free in case you do not have one with you. Please bring a towel, a drink and comfortable clothes.
