Wednesday's all level community class that moves slow and steady.
With a focus on mindful movement Kristen Huth blends this class with slow warm up before unwinding into the restorative releasing practice. With alignment and engagement in mind the postures will generate a mindful support out of the asanas.
Connecting the body and the mind together we uncover more about ourselves.

Myofascial release with tennis balls will sometimes be offered as well. Half of the class is committed to slow restorative postures with the intention to unwind and relax you mid week.

Leave your mid-week stress behind and find yourself relaxed and rejuvenated. If you are new to yoga this class is a slow easy and gentle way to start gaining flexibility.

This class is donation based and registration for new students can be done at the beginning of class. Please arrive 15 min before class if you need to register.

Mats are offered for free in case you do not have one with you. Please bring a towel, a drink and comfortable clothes.
