You'll be learning BEGINNER Acro Yoga poses in this workshop! These poses will ultimately flow into one another, so you'll get a chance to put it all together at the end into your own Acro Yoga Flow. If you've attended our classes before, this is your opportunity to add onto what you already know! We'll stretch and warm up the body first, dive into our poses, and then (most importantly) cool down the body with partner stretches.
You'll need to sign some waivers so make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the start time. :)
