Fit and Lit Dance HIIT is a combination of dance, HIIT and meditation. The DANCE HIIT portion of class is a combination of easy to follow dance cardio and High Intensity Interval Training. Class will start off with a warm up, followed by 30 minutes of dance cardio, 20-30 minutes of HIIT, finish with 20 minutes of dance cardio and a 5 minute meditation . Class is for all fitness levels and all about having fun while you move your body. Jordan is an instructor in NC excited to once again share her talents with the Harlem community.
