Bring a mat or practice on the grass. All levels welcome, whether you already have a handstand practice or want to start. Just be prepared to work!
In addition to handstands, we'll also be addressing some total body strength & mobility work to support and balance a handstand practice (specifically addressing pieces that aren't included in modern yoga practices).
