This is a combination of multiple practices that I've taught & performed for many years, and it eventually merged into a single unified practice that I can only call "2nd Hand Yoga."
It is predominantly a blend of bodywork, meditation, and assisted movements all for the sake of finding and releasing resistance stored within the body. The result is a deep feeling of being at ease and essentially "uninhibited" on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
