I first came to yoga to combat mental stress and find relief for chronic back pain and I still remember my first class and the beautiful sensations I felt as I lay in my first savasana. From day one I was hooked and wanted to share this amazing practice with the world! I strongly believe that yoga should be accessible to anyone and everyone, regardless of limitations, ailments, age, or experience. I bring this philosophy into my classes and encourage students to release any and all fear they may have and simply enjoy the practice. My passion with yoga lies within the therapeutic benefits and I thoroughly enjoy guiding students in a way that not only allows them to experience these benefits, but also gives them an opportunity to deepen their own personal practice.
