I'm Tracey, a martial artist who can help you learn a badass new skill while getting cut & fit.

As a rebellious child, my parents dragged me kicking and screaming into a Martial Arts studio to learn how to...kick and scream properly. 25 years later, I can not only properly kick and scream, but hold a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as certifications in Muy Thai, Krav Maga, and Mixed Martial Arts.

After working in Corporate America for nearly a decade, I quit to pursue my passions of fitness and martial arts.

I started HIIT the Mitt to give those with little time but lots of unleashed badassery an opportunity to have a kickass HIIT workout while learning a badass new skill.
