Welcome! My name is Kayla Woods also known as Miss Fit Woods. I am a personal trainer & fitness motivator with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology & Minor in Nutrition & Spanish. I have a passion for empowering individuals through fitness and providing a holistic approach to my training programs. My goal is to help my clients achieve their personal goals of overall well-being, turning exercise into a lifestyle not just a short- term goal. Exercise has always been my outlet especially with daily stressors. My goal is to engage my clients in a training program that exercises the mind, body, and soul. I provide a mental transformation where my clients learn to become their own trainer and motivator, developing a love for overall well-being while achieving long-term physical goals.
