Sandy is a certified yoga instructor (RYT200) in San Jose, CA. She is a full-time Yoga & Mindfulness teacher at a local middle school, sharing tools and strategies for her students to overcome toxic stress and anxiety. She also shares her yoga practice by teaching a few classes a week at a local studio and is really excited to take her teaching outdoors and connect with all of the beauty in the Bay Area! Sandy teaches power vinyasa flows and focuses on teaching yoga and mindfulness techniques to help her students self-regulate emotions and become healthier people on and off their yoga mats.
