Sean was introduced to yoga while training for the Houston Marathon back in 2000. While in physical therapy it was advised that I take yoga to help stretch and speed up my recovery. It worked and I successfully completed my one and only marathon. I have always been an active person, rather it be running, mountain biking, road cycling and even Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Sean Maki is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I completed my RYT- 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Black Swan Houston in September 2017.
