Fitness is not just a passion of mine, it's a lifestyle. A few years ago I began teaching a class I created that combines calisthenics with primal movements to improve overall health, fitness, range of motion, and increase strength. I believe that by going back to our fundamental primal movements, we allow our bodies to move fluidly and realign our body mechanics to become stronger, healthier and more functional. With all the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years, my wish is to share it with the world, spreading positivity and health through movement, one happy primal mover at a time.
