I'm Natalie, Former Bostionian and anxiety head case (still have these both in me a bit). I found yoga at a time in my life when I felt really lost, not sure if that's just part of being in your 20's or what, but not fun. Yoga taught me how to handle my mind when it goes crazy and to be compassionate with my body. I have received my 200 RYT and am currently undergoing my Yoga Therapy certification. I hope to help others conquer stages in their lives and be happier. My classes range like my personality fun and strengthening to calm and relaxing. So join me, lets relax, connect and have fun!
