My goal is to share my passion for yoga and love of the outdoors with other like-minded folks. From gentle yoga in the park to yoga hikes through the mountains, I strive to combine the therapeutic aspects of both yoga and nature to enjoy your experience to the fullest potential.

I have provided private and group yoga sessions for a variety of clients, from teenage dancers to adults recovering from injury. Your session will be tailored to fit your personal needs and goals. I have experience teaching beginners, athletes, people recovering from injury, and those just looking for a little more one-on-one attention. We can also give your class a specific goal, such as gaining hamstring flexibility, strength training, or working on arm balances.
