    The morning session with Milly was heaps of fun. She took us through some great solo and partnered exercises whilst the tunes pumped! Tooting bec common was a nice setting and easy to access. Felt a good burn afterwards and really liked the social breakfast aspect afterwards as well. The post workout sweets were also delish! Thanks Milly
