I make vulnerability accessible thru mindful movement. I believe in the power of the breath to support the strength of the body.
With a background in Personal Training, I am a 500-hour RYT and a BUTI Yoga Instructor & I am obsessed with providing the space for my students to become their best & most powerful selves.
You'll definitely get a sweat in my classes as we focus on the stability of the joints and the endurance of the muscles. After class, you'll leave feeling that yoga bliss and ultra powerful!

Mac makes Yoga so fun and easy to follow! Her singing during savasana is BY FAR my favorite and most relaxing part!
