Katie is a certified personal trainer (NSCA CSCS) and nutrition and wellness consultant (AFPA) based out of the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. After almost a decade in the health and fitness industry, she has come to enjoy working with people improve their overall wellness through exercise, food choices, and general lifestyle changes. For her nothing is more satisfying than helping someone achieve a higher quality of life.

Her nutrition focus is on a whole-food, plant-based way of eating to promote long-term vitality. If she's not in the gym or out for a run, you will most likely find her in the kitchen working on recipes to share on her blog. Some of her favorite lessons to share are ideas on how to incorporate delicious plant-based meals into a busy schedule, meal prepping for all levels, and ways to cultivate lasting lifestyle habits instead of relying on quick weight loss fixes.
