I'm a certified yoga instructor through Corepower Yoga in Hot Power Fusion (200 hours) and Yoga Sculpt modalities (50 hours). I love teaching yoga to beginners as well as seasoned yogis. I truly believe yoga can be for every "Body"! My classes are designed to stretch, tone, increase flexibility and challenge your entire body. I want you to feel invigorated and challenged as well as leave feeling a sense of calmness after each class.
