Fania’s practice began in 2010 after her roommate challenged her to wake up for a 6am Hatha class during her first year at UC Riverside. She was fascinated by the integration of mindful awareness while moving the body into specific shapes. The bliss she felt after a good practice had her hooked. A year after moving to LA County she stumbled into the perfect community to expand her yoga practice, which eventually led the shift in her career to advocate for health and wellness. She works to inspire people to cultivate their sense of awareness and openness through the physical practice of yoga. She believes that progress is never-ending and one must continue to breathe through the ups and downs of life.
