I am an energetic and incredibly passionate trainer and group fitness instructor. I obtain a Masters Degree in exercise physiology, and have a strong background in teaching, group exercise instruction, personal training, sports coaching, nutritional guidance, athletics, weightlifting, dance, yoga, running and adaptive exercise. What truly drives my happiness and purpose in life is helping and inspiring others to improve their overall health and wellness. My dream is to change the world by getting the humans on our beautiful planet to take care of their bodies, and move daily in every which way that inspires them most.
