AR Performance Training has been built on training individuals/athletes from all walks of life, life experiences and the pursuit of being a competitive athlete. Four cornerstones have been developed over the years that make up AR Performance Training programs: Inspiration, Motivation, Empowerment, and Elevation. Through the four cornerstones of AR Performance Training, I have been able to maximize individuals performance efficiently and effectively.

I have an innate ability to inspire and motivate individuals to reach their wellness and performance goals. My dedication to learning and sharing his knowledge through performance training enables me to hone in on the skills individuals need to achieve their goals.
