I understand how hard it can be to lose weight. My whole life I was very active until I hit my early 20s. I had put on 50 lbs, and one day I looked in the mirror and asked myself, “What happened?” So many choices had brought me to that question, but what really mattered was “What was I willing to do to get my life back?” I fought for two years to lose that weight. Since then I’ve dedicated myself to continual improvement, and now I’m in better shape than ever. It’s my heart‘s desire to help you feel this same sense of accomplishment, to set your goals and crush them and to never stop pushing yourself to be the best YOU that you can be!
My mission is simple, “Helping You Become The Best Version of Yourself“ I believe that God created each of us with a unique design. I want to help you steward the body that God has given to you, because we only have one body here on earth. I want to help you realize (if you don’t already) that you don’t need to be a size 2 or look like a celebrity. You just need to be HEALTHY and be the best version of YOU that you can be! Whatever your health and fitness goals are I will help you meet them, and I’ll be your friend along the way.
