Use the tools in your Client Profiles to keep track of your clients.
Client Profiles are automatically created when:
A client books into your session
Clients are imported through your emails, xls and csv files, or manually
When you send a message through GO SESH Messenger to a client’s email
Your Client Profile has features to help you keep track of everyone:
Client Phone Number
Your client notes are a great tool to keep track of your clients personal information.
ie.: acl surgery in the right knee, bad back
The Client Activity Log will keep track of every interaction you have with your client - literally.
Every session your client books with you
When you exchange messages
When your client signs your digital waiver
Action buttons are also found in your client profiles:
Message your client from their profile
Invite your clients to a few or all of your active sessions
