HOW TO : CHECK-IN CLIENTS

Have you ever had your client just show up without checking in online? Or a client brings a friend and asks to join your sesh but you weren’t able to grab their email? Use the client Walk-In feature to check-in your current and new clients in on-site!



1. Login

2. Click on ‘Checked In Clients’ under the session name

3. Click ‘Check In’


CHECK-IN CURRENT CLIENT WITH CARD

TIME - 00:12


1. Click ‘Select’ next to your client’s name

2. Choose how many tickets

3. Apply promo code is necessary

4. Click ‘Pay with Card’ 

5. Ask your client for their digital signature to confirm payment and agreement to waiver

6. Click ‘Done Signing’

7. Enter in credit card details: Name on Card, card number, expiry, cvc, zip code

8. Click ‘Pay’



CHECK-IN CURRENT CLIENT WITH SAVED CARD ON FILE

TIME - 00:42


1. Click ‘Select’ next to your client’s name

2. Choose how many tickets

3. Apply promo code is necessary

4. Click ‘Pay with Card’ 

5. Ask your client for their digital signature to confirm payment and agreement to waiver

6. Click ‘Done Signing’

7. Ask client if they would like to pay with their card on file or with a new card

8. Click ‘Pay’

9. Choose to ‘Check In Another Client’ or ‘View Checked In Clients’


CHECK-IN CURRENT CLIENT WITH CASH

TIME - 01:00


1. Click ‘Select’ next to your client’s name

2. Choose how many tickets

3. Apply promo code is necessary

4. Click ‘Pay with Cash’

5. Ask your client for their digital signature to confirm payment and agreement to waiver

6. Click ‘Done Signing’

7. Confirm you would like to check in your client with cash - click ‘Yes’ 

8. Choose to ‘Check In Another Client’ or ‘View Checked In Clients’



CHECK-IN WALK-IN CLIENT 

TIME - 01:27


1. Click ‘Walk-In’ for new clients

2. Enter in client name and client email address

3. Choose how many tickets

4. Apply promo code is necessary

5. Click ‘Pay with Cash’ or ‘Pay with Card’

6. Ask your client for their digital signature to confirm payment and agreement to waiver

7. Click ‘Done Signing’

8. Cash Payment - Confirm you would like to check in your client with cash - click ‘Yes’ 

   Card Payment - Enter in credit card details: Name on Card, card number, expiry, cvc, zip code

9. Choose to ‘Check In Another Client’ or ‘View Checked In Clients’
